主题:应用感应加热对涡轮盘和涡轮叶片热力状态的数值研究

内容简介:应用感应加热装置开展涡轮盘和涡轮叶片热应力试验,以确定其疲劳寿命,并需要减少试验时间和费用,是航空发动机试验中的一项重要技术。作者研究开发了感应加热装置,以能更好地获得所需要的加热状态,并对此方法进行了数值模拟,在俄罗斯的航空发动机疲劳寿命试验中得到了广泛应用。

报告人简介

Lepeshkin教授,俄罗斯中央航空发动机研究院首席研究员,莫斯科航空学院兼职教授,ASME的成员。1982年毕业于莫斯科动力工程学院(MPEI)2007年获莫斯科动力工程学院博士学位。2006年发表第一本专著,名为《High-speed modes of induction heating and thermal stresses in parts》,并为“Ceramic coatings - applications in engineering”一书的合著者。曾获俄罗斯航空发动机中央研究院2003-2009年优秀发明者称号,2003年获伊伏琴科航空设计师年度奖,2018年获俄罗斯电工科学院优秀发明奖。研究领域为叶片、涡轮盘等其他航空发动机部件的试验技术,感应加热器设计技术,强度测试,材料在离心加速度和力场中的实验热传导特性,热障陶瓷涂层等,发表了300多篇论文和40项专利。

Alexander Lepeshkin is a doctor and Chief researcher of the Central Institute of Aviation Motors (CIAM). At the present time he is a Chief researcher of CIAM and professor of Moscow Aviation Institute, member of ASME.Dr. Lepeshkin graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute - Technical University (MPEI) in 1982. In 2007, hedefendedthedoctoraldissertation “Development of effective modes of induction heating of parts in view of thermal stresses“ in MPEI.In 2006, Dr. Lepeshkin published his first monograph book, titled "High-speed modes of induction heating and thermal stresses in parts" (Novosibirsk). He is the co-author of the book, titled "Ceramic coatings - applications in engineering (Intech, 2012). ObtainedBest Inventor of the Central Institute of Aviation Motors in 2003÷2009,Anniversary medal named after the aviation designer A.G. Ivchenko in 2003,Medal for merits in electrotechnology (induction heating of turbine parts) in 2018 from the Academy of Electrotechnical Sciences of the Russian Federation.The main directions of his scientific investigations are tests of disks, blades, products and parts of aviation gas turbine engines (GTE),new methods of induction heating of turbine disks and blades,strength tests,new methods of investigations ofexperimental thermal conductivity of materials in the field of centrifugal accelerations and forces,investigations ofthermal barrier ceramic coatings of GTE.Throughout his career, Dr. Lepeshkin has published more than 350 scientific papers and 40 patents.
